Neumann-Endler presents, the 'Fair-Tweed'… a jaunty architectural topper featuring nut-brown felt and a sweep of feather. The front sits a'tilt over your forehead, with its deep "v" asymmetrically pointing to your lips. Right side features a dyed feather, green and orange, that wraps round your head and waggles as you walk. The crown shows a spiral of tactile brown and ivory hairs -- paling towards the center. Sculptural back has a molded, stepped shape that brings attention to your hairdo. In short, this hat exhibits all the gusto, playfulness and flirt of the best of the 1940's toppers.
