Pastel organdy garden frock
Frothy, transparent, bias-cut gown. Lemon-yellow organdy. Three hand-formed flowers, with white tassel centers, trim trapazoid-shaped neck. Sleeveless. A half-ruffle drapes vertically over shoulders --- another ruffle rounds neckline. Raw edges are scallop-finished. Skirt falls straight to the knee, then flounces out. Predominantly-hand-sewn. No zippers or buttons. French seams. And --- you're ready to dance with Fred Astaire. Original, floor-length, yellow slip is included.

bodice (shoulder-to-waist): 17"
condition**- very good
Delightfully wearable shape, with no obtrusive flaws. Any small faults do not retract from wearability and will be fully-disclosed. Noted minor issues: two pin-holes at side waist, pictured, and two small repairs to the hemline.
Also included (in good condition) is a wide velvet bow with ribands falling past the knees --- this attaches at side waist.
** Vintage items are precious, pre-owned pieces of history. Many have unique dyes and handcrafted prints, artisan weaves and intricate hand-tailoring -- details no longer available except in modern couture. Please love & respect your vintage.
