Voguish, iconic, Ceil Chapman-styled cocktail dress. Matte red slipper satin. The portrait neckline is elaborated with tiny folds and draping. Bodice is ruched at darts, sides and shoulders. Waistband is a piped line. Tapered wiggle skirt is topped with a theatrical, stiffened, tulip-shaped peplum skirt, which falls low in the back. Fully-lined. No label.
