Slim-cut through the torso then flares to a-line. Puffy shoulders. Narrow tubes of sleeve. Stand up, detachable puff hood. Scalloped, chevron quilting. Fastens with toggles & loops --- but interior zipper and ribbed-neckline keeps the cold out. Lined in a lavender nylon.
