Tennis-styled bulkie sweater

Classic early-60's garment known as a Bulkie sweater. Golden-cream body is accented with a punchy bit of candy-apple-red striping and a thick v-shaped collar. Bracelet-length sleeves. Boxy. With the characteristic mix of big yarns and chewy open-stitchwork. The loose weave gives flossy knit- work a delicate, feminine quality. A 75% mohair / 25% wool blend.
