Mexican sequined velveteen top
Cotton velveteen shell is BEDAZZLED with an intricate, hand-painted & sequin-topped design. Aztec-influenced motif depicts a large eagle perched on curling branches. Metallic gold brushwork. Sequins are colored emerald, ruby, gold and sapphire. Fitted. Metal zipper opens the back hem. A dashing piece of Souvenir textile art. Most probably this originally matched a Mexican circle skirt.
